The Datamation Data Integration Clinic is a tailored solution to help companies deliver more value out of their existing data management and related solutions. The Clinic is not just another consultancy exercise that recommends complete overhaul of what is already in place. Instead our consultants will examine the existing environment, identify what works well and propose a solution that builds around that by removing discontinuities to facilitate more effective and controlled information flows.

Our consultants will examine the existing set up to:

Understand the key business needs, constraints and priorities
Identify what is working well and what is not
Identify where the major discontinuities in the business processes and systems are
Quantify the cost of non-value add activities resulting from the discontinuities
Prioritise where immediate action is needed
Propose an implementation plan

In these financially constrained times, any treatment proposed by Datamation is designed for maximum self help so as to reduce the cost of the overall treatment, and ensuring that once the IT infrastructure is brought to full fitness, it is maintained that way with minimum or no recourse for further treatment. In other words, wherever possible the implementation and subsequent maintenance will be designed to use internal staff resource rather than depend on external high cost resource.

How much will it cost?

Ł4,950 plus VAT for the 2 x 1 day (Diagnosis, and Report and Remedy) Sessions.

All expenses are charged at cost and will be agreed in advance with the Client.
